About the event
In November 2024, Bedrock and General Motors announced a $1.6 billion conceptual plan to redevelop the Renaissance Center complex and 27 acres along the Detroit riverfront. The project is now moving forward after the Michigan Legislature raised the cap on the Transformational Brownfield program in July 2026, unlocking the public financing needed to proceed. Steve Ogden, Senior Vice President, Government Affairs, Bedrock Detroit will be presenting and asking for your input. This is a very important planning discussion and I hope you can make it.
