A Special Rivertown Detroit Association Meeting on the Redistricting of Detroit was held on January 3rd, 2024 with Detroit City Council President/District 5 Councilwoman Mary Sheffield and the City of Detroit team. They presented and answered questions on why redistricting is being done, how it impacts everyone, and why there are so many different options and plans.
